Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment is confirmed, except if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, or in case of a duplicate or erroneous charge.

Is there an age restriction to attend?

Some events require age verification with a valid, original, government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's licence, Aadhaar). Check whether this specific event requires it above.

Can I share or reuse my ticket's QR code?

No. Each ticket's QR code is scanned once at entry and cannot admit more than one person. It is only valid for the specific event, date, and venue it was issued for.

What happens if I can't attend after buying a ticket?

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, so please make sure you can attend before completing your purchase.
