1. Who we are

House Party Goa ("we", "us", "our") organizes and promotes private/underground house party events in Goa, India, and operates this website to sell tickets to those Events.

2. Tickets

• A ticket is a revocable license to attend the specific Event, date, and venue stated on the ticket. It does not transfer any ownership interest.
• Each ticket is issued with a unique QR code. That QR code is the sole proof of a valid ticket — it is scanned once at entry and cannot be reused after check-in.
• You are responsible for keeping your ticket/QR code confidential. Anyone who presents a valid, unused QR code may be admitted — we are not responsible for tickets that are lost, shared, screenshotted and forwarded, or otherwise disclosed by you.
• Tickets are sold subject to availability. A reservation is held for a limited time (shown at checkout) to complete payment; unpaid reservations expire and the inventory is released.
• Unless an Event listing states otherwise, tickets are non-transferable to another event and cannot be exchanged for a different ticket tier after purchase.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of tickets purchased per order or per customer.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any fees stated at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully verified.

4. Age requirements & entry conditions

Some Events require age or ID verification for entry, as indicated on the Event page. See our Event Entry Rules for full details. Entry may be refused to anyone who cannot produce valid government-issued photo ID when asked, or who does not meet an Event's stated age requirement, without refund.

5. Cancellations, postponements & refunds

Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Conduct at Events

By attending an Event you agree to follow venue rules, staff/security instructions, and applicable law at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an Event, without refund, for conduct we reasonably consider disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms or our Event Entry Rules.

7. Photography & media

Photography and video may be taken at Events for promotional purposes and may include attendees. By attending, you consent to being included in such media unless you notify event staff otherwise in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Party Goa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your purchase or attendance, including loss of personal belongings at a venue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you complete a purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
