Event Entry Rules

1. Valid ticket required

• You must present your ticket's QR code (on your phone or printed) at the door. It is scanned once and cannot be reused — the same QR code cannot admit more than one person.
• A ticket only admits the holder to the specific Event, date, and venue it was issued for. It is not valid at any other House Party Goa Event.

2. Age & ID verification

Some Events require age verification, as shown on that Event's ticket page. Where required, you must carry a valid, original, government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's licence, Aadhaar) showing your date of birth. Photocopies, screenshots, or expired IDs are not accepted. Entry will be refused if you cannot meet the stated age requirement, without refund.

3. Right of admission

Management reserves the right to refuse entry, or to remove any person already inside, without refund, at its reasonable discretion — including for intoxication, aggressive or unsafe behaviour, suspected possession of prohibited items, or failure to comply with staff instructions.

4. Prohibited items

• Illegal drugs or substances of any kind.
• Weapons of any kind.
• Outside food, drinks, or alcohol.
• Professional photography/video/audio recording equipment without prior written permission.
• Any item venue security reasonably considers a safety risk.

Bags and belongings may be subject to a security search on entry.

5. Re-entry

Unless the Event specifically states otherwise, re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the venue.

6. Personal belongings

House Party Goa and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7. Photography & media

Photography and video may be taken at the Event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media unless you notify event staff otherwise in advance.

8. Respect & conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour toward other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
